  1. Initial Motivation: Alia was motivated to lose weight for her debut role in “Student of the Year.” She lost around 16 kg in just three months under the guidance of her fitness trainer.
  2. Diet Plan: Alia followed a balanced diet that included a mix of lean proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbs. She focused on eating smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day. Her diet was rich in fruits, vegetables, and other nutrient-dense foods. She avoided junk food, sugary drinks, and processed.
    • Breakfast: Alia starts her breakfast with proteins like a glass of fresh vegetable juice or sometimes a bowl of cornflakes with a choice of poha, an egg white or vegetable sandwich and a cup of herbal tea/coffee without sugar.
    • Mid- Morning: Alia’s mid-morning food includes all kinds of veggies along with a fruit juice with some fruit salads (mostly a bowl of Papaya) or sometimes Idli with Sambhar and lots of protein from lentils.

In today’s age, with every picture appearing on social media, girls even before pregnancy are constantly worried about how they look.

    Last year, Alia appeared in four films, including RRR and Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva, her first film with actor-husband Ranbir Kapoor. This year, she will be seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani alongside Ranveer Singh and in her Hollywood debut, Heart of Stone, co-starring Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan.
